These terms cover the use of assistolabs.com itself. They are deliberately short, because the work we actually do for you is governed by a signed contract, not by a page on a website.

What this website is
assistolabs.com describes what we build and how we work, and lets you send us a project inquiry. It is informational: nothing published here is an offer, a quote, a warranty, or a commitment to take on a project.
Project work is governed separately
If we go on to work together, scope, timeline, fees, intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, data processing and liability are set out in the contract we sign for that engagement. That contract prevails over these terms in every case of conflict.
As a matter of practice, our clients own the code, data and infrastructure we build for them — but the binding version of that is your contract, not this sentence.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system.
- Do not use automated means to scrape, overload or otherwise disrupt the site, or to bypass its rate limits and bot protection.
- Do not submit unlawful content, malware, or another person’s personal data that you have no right to share.
- Do not use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
We may block access where we reasonably believe any of the above is happening, or where doing so is necessary to protect the site.
What you send us
You keep everything you own in the ideas, documents and descriptions you send through this site. You grant us only the permission needed to read your inquiry, discuss it internally and reply to you.
Please do not send confidential material through the website form. If a conversation needs to cover confidential detail, ask us for an NDA first — we will sign one.
Personal data submitted through the forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The text, design, code and branding of this website belong to Assisto Labs LTD. You may read, quote and link to it normally; you may not republish it as your own or use our name or marks to imply a relationship that does not exist.
Availability and accuracy
