1. Service & Access

Assisto Labs provides software tools and AI assistants that may be trained on content you provide. Access may be limited during beta periods, maintenance, updates, or security measures.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide lawful, accurate, and up-to-date content for training and responses.
• Comply with applicable laws (including GDPR) and obtain any required consents or legal bases for processing.
• Keep embed keys, API keys, and admin access secure and prevent unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

Usage is subject to the Fair Use Policy (rate limits, no abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits).

4. Intellectual Property

• Assisto Labs software, interfaces, and branding are owned by Assisto Labs.
• You retain ownership of your site content and captured leads/inquiries.
• You grant Assisto Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

5. Confidentiality

We treat customer data and configurations as confidential and use them only to provide and improve the service, as described in our policies.

6. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including GDPR.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI outputs. AI outputs are informational and should not be treated as professional legal/financial/medical advice.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assisto Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, breach of these Terms, or security reasons, including attempts to compromise systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Jurisdiction: Sofia City Court.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The latest version is always published on this page.
